What's that sound? Is that... yes, yes it is! Battlebots is back... sort of. A collegiate tournament will take place some time in June, to be aired on ESPNU and ESPN2... which is possibly the most annoying news ever seeing as how I graduated last year. But thus is life. Two new tutorials are now up. There is a newbie oriented intro to the sport, and a frame tutorial. The frame tutorial introduces the most popular frame designs, and explains how to construct an armor/baseplate based frame. Both tutorials are by Jeffrey Scholz. 0 comments send to friend

The combots cup was having some problems with last minute changes by the people running the venue, so it's been postponed. No one yet knows when the competition will be, but they are hoping to still run it. Oh, and happy new year! 1 comments send to friend
